Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
- Manage and maintain the local area network (LAN), ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Configure and deploy new workstations, laptops, and mobile devices using standard imaging tools.
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues and perform routine system backups.
- Train end-users on new software applications and existing security protocols.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all support tickets and IT assets.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Office 365 Suite.
- Experience with remote access tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk) and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
- Familiarity with Active Directory and basic network troubleshooting (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-service oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
