Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to internal employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, and peripherals.
- Manage the IT inventory, including tracking assets and ordering supplies.
- Document all help desk tickets and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Assist with IT projects and network maintenance as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Information Technology or related field is preferred.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in IT support or a related technical role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
