Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and network connectivity.
- Manage and resolve IT helpdesk tickets efficiently using our ticketing system.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
- Assist with network administration and security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
- CompTIA A+ certification is a plus but not mandatory.
