Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 2 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Manage and maintain user accounts, permissions, and security protocols within Active Directory.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows, macOS) and productivity software.
  • Monitor system performance and perform regular maintenance to ensure optimal uptime.
  • Document technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system for knowledge base maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and upgrades.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
