Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop sessions.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users in a timely manner.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot workstations, printers, and network devices.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all support tickets and resolutions.
- Collaborate with the IT Infrastructure team to implement system upgrades and patches.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Computer Science preferred.
- CompTIA A+ Certification or equivalent technical experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic Linux commands.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to urgent, changing priorities.
