Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for 500+ employees
- Deploy and manage Windows 10/11 enterprise environments
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and threat mitigation
- Document IT procedures and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital transformation
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure (Cisco/Juniper)
- Lead hardware refresh and system upgrade projects
Qualifications
- 3+ years enterprise IT support experience
- CompTIA Security+/Network+ certifications required
- Proficient in Active Directory, SCCM, and Intune
- Strong Azure AD/O365 administration skills
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- CCNA/JNCIA preferred
- Ability to lift 30lbs for hardware maintenance
- Valid Arizona driver's license
