Responsibilities
- Onboard new clients and provide product training to ensure they maximize their usage of our software.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, answering questions and resolving technical issues.
- Monitor client health and satisfaction metrics to identify opportunities for upselling or renewal.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to provide feedback based on customer needs.
- Conduct regular check-ins via phone and email to maintain strong relationships.
- Document customer interactions and account status in our CRM system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or IT is a plus.
- Previous customer service experience is a strong plus, but not required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn new software quickly and adapt to changing technologies.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
