Responsibilities
- Assist in Data Collection: Gather, clean, and organize large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Support Reporting: Create clear, concise, and visually appealing reports and dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Analyze Trends: Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to help the business make informed strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with senior analysts and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and data needs.
- Maintain Documentation: Update data dictionaries and process documentation to ensure knowledge transfer and process consistency.
- Perform Data Audits: Conduct regular quality checks on data pipelines to prevent errors and ensure compliance with data governance standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions) and basic knowledge of SQL or Python.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong attention to detail and the ability to think critically when solving complex problems.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
