Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex data sets to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Assist in the design and maintenance of data dashboards using tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Perform routine data quality checks to ensure accuracy and integrity of information.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Generate weekly and monthly reports for senior leadership.
- Document data processes and contribute to the improvement of our internal databases.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and basic SQL knowledge.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
