Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues including operating systems, printers, and peripherals.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of end-user devices (laptops, tablets, mobile phones).
- Maintain accurate records of tickets and incidents in our helpdesk software.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement new technology solutions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or IT preferred.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, networking, and operating systems (Windows/macOS).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a "can-do" attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to obtain relevant IT certifications (CompTIA A+).
