Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems to end-users.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including printers, laptops, and network connectivity.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to resolve complex technical problems.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including server rooms and common areas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Computer Science or IT is a plus.
- Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
