Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone and email.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and deployment of new employee workstations.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot connectivity problems efficiently.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all helpdesk tickets and resolutions.
- Collaborate with the Senior IT team to implement new security protocols and software updates.
- Conduct basic training sessions for staff regarding company software tools.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer navigation.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting.
