What you'll do:
- Architect Next-Gen Agents: Design and implement autonomous AI agents capable of complex reasoning, multi-step planning, and self-correction.
- Orchestrate LLMs: Build robust pipelines integrating Large Language Models with external tools and databases to create seamless, intelligent workflows.
- Pioneer Safety & Alignment: Develop sophisticated guardrails and reinforcement learning mechanisms to ensure AI behavior is safe, ethical, and aligned with human values.
- Drive Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI paradigms, specifically focusing on the convergence of Generative AI and Reinforcement Learning.
- Mentorship: Lead a team of talented engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and rapid experimentation.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Agentic AI systems using Python and modern ML frameworks.
- Optimize inference latency and throughput for real-time autonomous decision making.
- Collaborate with product teams to define the roadmap for autonomous software features.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI agent behaviors in production environments.
- Write high-quality, maintainable code and contribute to open-source projects in the AI space.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Proven experience building applications with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar agent frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar libraries.
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus) and RAG architectures.
- Deep understanding of transformer models and attention mechanisms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
