About the Role
In this pivotal role, you will lead a high-impact team of data scientists and engineers to develop cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of AI systems, from theoretical research to scalable production deployment.
Responsibilities
- Architect & Design: Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures for next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents.
- Research & Innovation: Stay at the forefront of AI research (e.g., Transformer models, Reinforcement Learning) and apply novel techniques to solve complex business problems.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Production Deployment: Oversee the deployment of AI models into cloud environments, ensuring high availability, security, and low latency.
- Strategic Planning: Define the technical roadmap for AI initiatives, aligning them with the company's long-term vision for 2026 and beyond.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 3 years of experience in leading AI/ML architecture projects.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; deep understanding of distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS, GCP).
- AI Expertise: Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to break down complex problems and design elegant, scalable solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
