Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable AI infrastructure for next-generation predictive models.
- Lead the R&D efforts for large language models (LLMs) and multimodal systems.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, safety, and bias mitigation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade ML systems at scale.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
