Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI systems and infrastructure capable of handling next-generation data volumes and complexity.
- Roadmap Strategy: Define the technical vision and roadmap for the 2026 Horizon Initiative, aligning AI capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Model Development: Oversee the research, development, and deployment of cutting-edge deep learning models, including NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a high-performing team of AI engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into actionable development plans.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure system reliability, efficiency, and security across all AI workloads and cloud environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX. Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading engineering teams and managing complex projects from conception to production.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex technical challenges and innovate under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
