Responsibilities
- Architect and design end-to-end AI solutions designed to scale efficiently into 2026.
- Lead a high-performing team of data scientists and engineers to deliver production-ready models.
- Define technical strategies that align with our long-term 2026 product roadmap.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI compliance across all projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and stakeholders.
- Conduct code reviews, architectural reviews, and technical mentoring.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic computing) where applicable.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale machine learning deployments.
- Expert knowledge in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Experience with MLOps and model lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is a plus.
