- Drive technical mentorship and architectural reviews for junior and senior engineers alike.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a heavy focus on Machine Learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of scaling ML models to production environments handling petabytes of data.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and edge computing.
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision pipelines.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
