Responsibilities

- Define technical roadmaps for AI capabilities, aligning them with the company's long-term strategic goals.
- Implement rigorous testing protocols and governance frameworks to ensure AI model reliability and fairness.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex technical requirements into innovative user solutions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on advancements in Generative AI and Autonomous Systems.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of MLOps, data pipelines, and model deployment strategies.
- Demonstrated experience in leading technical teams and mentoring junior engineers.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
