Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term AI roadmap, specifically targeting breakthroughs for 2026 and beyond.
- Lead the architectural design and deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative agents.
- Oversee the integration of AI into core product ecosystems, ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI, ensuring fairness, transparency, and safety in automated decision-making.
- Drive research initiatives in multimodal learning and predictive analytics.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to translate technical vision into business strategy.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML leadership.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Proven track record of delivering complex AI solutions from concept to production.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Strong understanding of Generative AI models (GPT, LLaMA, Stable Diffusion) and their limitations.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
