Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, high-performance Generative AI models optimized for enterprise use cases.
- Lead the research and implementation of novel neural network architectures, including Transformers and Diffusion models.
- Design robust Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to ensure hallucination-free outputs.
- Establish best practices for model fine-tuning, evaluation, and continuous learning.
- Mentor a team of machine learning engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly features.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI research.
- Extensive hands-on experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Deep expertise in NLP, specifically Large Language Models (GPT, LLaMA, BERT families).
- Proven track record of deploying models to production environments using cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong understanding of MLOps, data pipelines, and model versioning.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
