Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of large-scale Machine Learning models, specifically focusing on LLMs and multimodal systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and designers to translate complex requirements into technical blueprints.
- Optimize model inference latency and throughput to ensure seamless user experiences across global infrastructure.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model monitoring, and security within the AI lifecycle.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a heavy emphasis on AI/ML.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Proven experience deploying AI models at scale in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and microservices architecture.
