Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI models tailored for 2026 infrastructure standards.
- Oversee the development of decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols and secure smart contract ecosystems.
- Integrate quantum computing concepts into legacy blockchain architectures to ensure future-proof security.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure system resilience against emerging cyber threats.
- Collaborate with data scientists to fuse AI with blockchain for automated security protocols and fraud detection.
- Define technical roadmaps for the company's flagship 2026 product releases.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain the highest engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in full-stack software development with a focus on AI and Blockchain.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, Solidity, and modern frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Proven track record of deploying high-availability systems in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Experience with Post-Quantum Cryptography algorithms (Lattice-based, Code-based) and Zero-Knowledge Proofs.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior engineers and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
