Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, distributed AI systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Lead a team of data scientists and engineers in developing proprietary algorithms for our core product.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
- Collaborate with product management to translate complex technical requirements into actionable engineering roadmaps.
- Stay ahead of the curve by researching and integrating emerging technologies into our 2026 stack.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and architectural integrity.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in Machine Learning and AI.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated success in deploying large-scale ML models to production environments.
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision is a plus.
