In this role, you will lead a high-impact team in developing scalable, self-improving AI agents capable of handling complex, multi-step tasks with minimal human intervention.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement robust, scalable Agentic AI workflows using state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Design and optimize inference pipelines to ensure low latency and high throughput for real-time autonomous decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps for 2026-ready AI features.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Research and integrate cutting-edge techniques in Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) and Chain-of-Thought reasoning.
- Ensure the ethical use and safety of autonomous agents through rigorous testing and validation protocols.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in Machine Learning and AI.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models at scale.
- Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Familiarity with LangChain, AutoGen, or similar agent orchestration frameworks.
- Strong understanding of system design principles, API development, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
