Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof AI Systems: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance machine learning architectures capable of handling next-generation data streams and predictive analytics.
- R&D Leadership: Drive research initiatives in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and edge computing to prepare our infrastructure for 2026 and beyond.
- Strategic Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to define long-term technical strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals and emerging market trends.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce rigorous standards for data privacy, algorithmic bias, and transparency in all AI deployments.
- Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure).
- AI Specialization: Proven track record in developing, deploying, and optimizing LLMs and Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry shifts and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum-ready algorithms) into existing ecosystems.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
