Responsibilities
- Architect Hybrid Systems: Design and implement robust architectures that integrate classical AI models with emerging quantum computing hardware and software stacks.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research initiatives to explore novel algorithms that leverage quantum supremacy for real-world applications.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor, test, and optimize system latency and throughput to meet enterprise-grade standards.
- Talent Development: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Prototyping: Build rapid prototypes to validate concepts before scaling them into production environments.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure all quantum integration strategies adhere to strict data privacy and cybersecurity protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil.
- System Design: Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and microservices.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-dimensional technical problems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for translating complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
