Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, high-performance AI and quantum computing architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate emerging technologies into core product lines.
- Lead the research and evaluation of next-gen algorithms, machine learning models, and quantum hardware interfaces.
- Mentor senior engineers and define technical best practices for future-proofing our codebase.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and ethical AI implementation standards are met.

Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum programming languages (e.g., Q#).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects and managing engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and edge computing.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, experimental environment.
