Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced neural network architectures optimized for hybrid quantum-classical environments.
- Lead the architectural strategy for AI systems, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance.
- Collaborate with quantum hardware engineers to fine-tune algorithms for real-world hardware constraints.
- Mentor and guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Drive the research and development roadmap, identifying new opportunities for AI integration in enterprise solutions.
- Optimize data pipelines and model inference speeds to handle petabyte-scale datasets efficiently.
- Present complex technical concepts to stakeholders and executive leadership to secure buy-in for major initiatives.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on AI/Quantum Computing.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and CUDA.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil.
- Strong understanding of deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical details to non-technical audiences.
