Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the AI research roadmap for the 2026 product suite, ensuring alignment with global market trends.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to deliver scalable machine learning solutions.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business initiatives.
- Oversee the development and deployment of next-gen predictive algorithms using Python and PyTorch.
- Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Monitor industry developments in Generative AI and Quantum computing to maintain a competitive edge.
- Drive the integration of ethical AI practices and data governance frameworks into core systems.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in senior technical leadership roles within the AI/ML industry.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale machine learning projects from conception to production.
- Deep expertise in deep learning architectures, NLP, and reinforcement learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
