Responsibilities
- Design and implement the architectural roadmap for our 2026 AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability and fault tolerance.
- Lead a cross-functional team of ML engineers, data scientists, and researchers to drive innovation.
- Define best practices for model training, deployment, and MLOps pipelines.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly applications.
- Oversee the ethical implications of AI deployment, ensuring compliance with global standards.
- Conduct technical due diligence for emerging technologies and partnerships.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI systems in production environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
