Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Define the long-term technical roadmap for the 2026 Horizon Project, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Tech Stack Leadership: Lead the adoption of cutting-edge technologies, including quantum-ready architectures and next-gen neural networks.
- System Design: Design and oversee the implementation of distributed microservices and high-throughput data pipelines.
- R&D Management: Spearhead Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to validate emerging technologies before full-scale production deployment.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation, providing technical mentorship and guidance to senior engineers and data scientists.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with extensive experience in cloud-native environments (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of Machine Learning operations (MLOps), distributed computing, and large language models.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to translate abstract futuristic concepts into concrete, executable technical strategies.
