Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to define long-term technical strategies that align with our vision for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable, resilient, and cutting-edge technical architectures that can withstand the rapid changes of the next five years.
- Lead Emerging Tech Integration: Spearhead the integration of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Next-Gen Cloud solutions into our core infrastructure.
- Drive Innovation Labs: Lead internal research initiatives to prototype and validate futuristic technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and collaborate with product, design, and security teams to ensure holistic system integration.
- Optimize for Sustainability: Implement green computing practices and energy-efficient architectures to meet future regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in software architecture with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or strategic planning role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and containerization technologies (Kubernetes/Docker).
- AI & Data: Proven experience implementing AI-driven solutions and data lake architectures.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and translate them into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Leadership: Strong track record of leading high-performance engineering teams and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
