Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable machine learning pipelines capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- 2026 Roadmap Planning: Lead the strategic vision for integrating emerging technologies, including Quantum AI and Neuromorphic computing, into our core stack.
- Model Optimization: Push the boundaries of inference speed and model efficiency using cutting-edge techniques like quantization and pruning.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for responsible AI development, ensuring transparency and fairness in algorithmic decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, security, and research teams to translate complex technical requirements into actionable development plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in Machine Learning infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade LLMs and generative AI models.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex, unstructured problems.
