Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 release cycle, aligning engineering goals with business strategy.
- Architect high-performance microservices capable of handling next-generation AI workloads.
- Mentor and develop senior engineering talent, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate complex 2026 visions into technical specifications.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in designing distributed systems and cloud-native applications (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning pipelines, and Big Data processing.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
