Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, fault-tolerant AI systems capable of processing exabytes of data in real-time.
- Lead the integration of quantum algorithms into classical machine learning pipelines to enhance processing speed and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and ethicists to define product roadmaps for 2026.
- Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure all systems adhere to rigorous security standards and data privacy regulations.
- Conduct research and present technical proposals on emerging trends in Neural Interfaces and Synthetic Intelligence.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Physics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead architect or senior engineering role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and C++.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and microservices.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact projects on time and within budget.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
