Responsibilities

- Technical Leadership: Define the technical vision, strategy, and roadmap for the engineering department, aligning it with business goals.
- System Optimization: Oversee the migration to microservices, ensuring high availability, fault tolerance, and performance optimization.
- Code Governance: Lead rigorous code reviews, establish coding standards, and mentor senior engineers to maintain architectural integrity.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate complex business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly in AI-driven architecture and quantum-ready systems.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture and systems design, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Core Tech: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go, with a strong understanding of concurrent processing and distributed systems.
- Cloud Mastery: Proven experience architecting on AWS or GCP, including Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform.
- AI Integration: Experience integrating Machine Learning pipelines into production environments and managing large-scale data architectures.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and make data-driven architectural decisions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
