Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance systems for the 2026 ecosystem, ensuring resilience and future-proofing.
- Lead technical strategy and mentor a team of elite engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Implement and maintain rigorous security and compliance standards for enterprise-level data.
- Drive the adoption of emerging technologies (e.g., AI-driven dev tools, edge computing) across the organization.
- Conduct code reviews, architectural reviews, and performance optimization to ensure delivery of top-tier software.
- Act as the primary technical stakeholder in client meetings and stakeholder presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Go, Rust, or TypeScript.
- Proven track record of leading teams through large-scale digital transformations.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML infrastructure and integration patterns.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
