Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement the core technical infrastructure for Project 2026, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Team Management: Mentor and guide a team of senior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Roadmap Planning: Define technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with business goals for the 2026 launch cycle.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Code Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce best practices for coding, testing, and deployment to maintain high standards.

Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, with deep experience in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Experience integrating AI/ML models into production environments is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with elegant, scalable solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
