Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026+ strategic foresight reports with quantitative/qualitative trend analysis
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for global market disruptions (AI, climate, geopolitical shifts)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2026 challenges
- Present futures intelligence to executive teams and board members quarterly
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Mentor junior strategists in futures-thinking methodologies and analytical tools
- Integrate foresight outputs into product roadmaps and corporate strategy documents
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Published thought leadership on technology disruption or future-of-work topics
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI trend platforms
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on 5+ year strategic planning
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation portfolio
