Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive 2026 technology/societal trend forecasts using proprietary foresight methodologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable product roadmaps
- Produce high-impact strategic reports and visualizations for executive stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs for trend validation
- Design and implement horizon scanning frameworks to identify emerging disruptors
- Mentor junior futurists while evangelizing foresight principles across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research with demonstrable impact
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and technology impact assessment
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology ethics (peer-reviewed journals)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, D3.js) and trend analysis software
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term technology strategy
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, and quantum computing convergence points
