- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in ideating, prototyping, and launching disruptive solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess commercial viability
- Establish KPIs and frameworks to measure innovation impact and ROI
- Secure and manage strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders

Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or R&D leadership

- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
