Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable quantum computing solutions using current and emerging quantum hardware architectures.
- Develop and optimize quantum algorithms for machine learning, cryptography, and complex simulation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of physicists, data scientists, and hardware engineers to integrate quantum modules into classical systems.
- Conduct rigorous error correction and noise mitigation research to ensure system stability.
- Mentor junior researchers and define technical roadmaps for quantum software development.
- Publish high-impact research papers and present at leading global conferences.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Computing.
- 5+ years of experience in software development with a strong background in quantum programming languages (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, or Project Q).
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics, linear algebra, and probability theory.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and modern cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Experience with hybrid quantum-classical machine learning models.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, experimental environment.
