Responsibilities
- Architect the core infrastructure for the 2026 Platform Release, focusing on scalability, security, and microservices architecture.
- Lead a team of senior engineers and developers in the design and implementation of critical system upgrades.
- Define and enforce technical standards, coding best practices, and architectural patterns across the organization.
- Collaborate with product management to translate high-level business requirements into robust technical blueprints.
- Drive the migration strategy from legacy monolithic systems to modern cloud-native solutions.
- Mentor junior staff and conduct rigorous technical code reviews to maintain engineering excellence.
- Ensure system reliability through comprehensive load testing and disaster recovery planning.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and system architecture, with at least 3 years in a Lead/Principal capacity.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization technologies (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strong proficiency in languages such as Java, Go, or Rust, with a focus on high-performance computing.
- Proven experience managing major software version releases and overseeing complex integration projects.
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure integration and data pipeline architecture.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
