Responsibilities
- Define the architectural vision and roadmap for the 2026 transition cycle, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Lead the design and implementation of distributed systems using microservices and containerization technologies.
- Optimize database architectures to support high-velocity data ingestion and AI model training.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate emerging technologies into our core platform.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and system monitoring.
- Conduct technical debt assessments and lead refactoring initiatives for legacy systems.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and distributed computing principles.
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure and data pipeline architecture.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
