Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship products while maintaining inventory accuracy
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack) safely and effectively
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Assist with receiving, inspecting, and documenting incoming shipments
- Support inventory control through cycle counting and documentation
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
