Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight safely and efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling equipment.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and quality control standards are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Process and prepare orders for shipment according to company protocols and customer requirements.
- Assist in inventory management, including cycle counts and stock organization.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other department members to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Driver's License and proof of insurance (for local transportation verification).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow safety regulations strictly.
- Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends if required.
