As a key member of our logistics team, you'll ensure smooth operations while contributing to Minneapolis's vibrant supply chain ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders accurately for same-day delivery
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and 5S protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient workflow
- Train new associates on warehouse procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification preferred (training available)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and inventory system experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to Industrial Park location
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
