Role Overview
In this role, you will be the bridge between our supply chain and our clients. You will ensure operations run smoothly, inventory is tracked accurately, and our team remains productive.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage daily inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records in our logistics management software.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to optimize workflow efficiency.
- Resolve operational discrepancies and communicate with vendors effectively.
- Conduct safety audits to ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus.
