Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machinery and assembly equipment according to standard operating procedures.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure all products meet strict industry standards.
- Monitor production output and maintain accurate production logs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all 5S safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the team lead to troubleshoot minor equipment issues and improve workflow.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
